Bloated AF

#BloatedAF - It is a Sunday night before the start of the week. I must admit I am #bloatedAF. This is a reality for those who experience bloating due to the onset of this month's menses. I am comforted by my stretchy cami, chamomile tea, heating pad and warm hot clothes as a belly compress. Every month, it is a different story related to my menses and sometimes I can just prep for it. Does that sound like you? Well, always those who experience menses are not alone.
